Terms of Service

These terms apply to www.simonmapper.co.ke and the software tools published under the simonmapper.co.ke domain, operated by Simon Maps (Simon Mutunga, Nairobi, Kenya). By using them you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the tools

Simon Maps software is built mainly to assist Simon Mutunga and scientific colleagues with geospatial tasks. Tools may be experimental, change without notice, or be withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the tools only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any service.
• Only upload data you have the right to use.

Your data

You keep ownership of any data you provide. We use it only to deliver the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Analysis and outputs

Maps, models, and analyses are provided to support decision-making. They depend on the quality of the underlying data and should be reviewed by qualified people before being relied on for safety-critical, legal, or financial decisions.

Paid services

Client engagements are governed by the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees agreed in writing for each project.

No warranty

Tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Simon Maps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
